Project information
Project delivery policy
How digital work moves from the brief to handover.
Digital delivery
Arcade Stride provides custom digital services. Deliverables may include website files, application source code, interface designs, prototypes, documentation and agreed launch assistance. The project proposal identifies exactly what will be supplied.
Deliverables are shared digitally through agreed project tools, file access, repositories, design links or the agreed hosting environment. No physical shipping is involved.
Timing and milestones
An estimated schedule is agreed after the requirements and dependencies have been reviewed. We do not promise a fixed delivery period for every package because content readiness, complexity, integrations and feedback affect the work.
The proposal sets review milestones and states what inputs are needed from you. If dependencies or approved requirements change, we discuss the effect on timing.
Review and acceptance
You review the deliverables against the agreed scope and provide consolidated feedback at the scheduled review points. The proposal specifies revision rounds, acceptance criteria and any review period.
New features, additional pages and changes to approved requirements are considered separately from correcting work that does not match the agreed scope.
Launch and handover
Launch responsibilities, account access, hosting arrangements and the files to be handed over are confirmed in the proposal. Handover takes place according to the agreed payment and acceptance terms.
Ongoing hosting, maintenance, platform subscriptions and support are separate unless included in writing. We identify relevant third-party dependencies so their responsibilities are clear.
