Website and project enquiries

Arcade Stride offers website development, application development and UI/UX design services. Information on this site describes available services and starting project estimates. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid engagement or reserve a delivery date.

The legal contracting party, contact details and project terms are identified in the written proposal or service agreement before you accept an engagement.

Proposals and scope

Before paid work begins, the proposal specifies the agreed deliverables, responsibilities, price, payment milestones, revision rounds and estimated schedule. Project-specific terms take priority over general descriptions on this website where they differ.

A requirement outside the agreed scope is reviewed as a change request. Any resulting fee or schedule change must be agreed before the additional work proceeds.

Prices and payment

Website prices are starting estimates in United States dollars (USD). The final quote depends on the agreed requirements. Applicable taxes, hosting, domains, software subscriptions and other third-party costs are additional unless included in the proposal.

Payment amounts, due dates and methods are set out in the proposal or invoice. This website does not collect card information or process payments. No recurring subscription starts when you use the website or send an enquiry.

Your materials and feedback

You are responsible for supplying accurate content and materials that you have permission to use, and for providing the access and decisions agreed for your project. Please appoint a contact who can provide consolidated feedback.

Delayed materials, feedback, access or scope decisions can affect delivery. Any revised schedule will be discussed with you.

Handover and intellectual property

The agreement specifies which final files, source code, designs, documentation and access are included in the handover, together with the conditions for ownership or licensing. Third-party software, fonts, libraries and assets remain subject to their own licences.

Ongoing support, hosting and future changes are included only when expressly agreed.

Changes, cancellation and concerns

Contact info@arcadestride.com with your project reference if you need to change or stop a project, or if you have a concern about a deliverable. Our cancellation, refund and delivery policies explain the general process.

Nothing in these website terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update website information and these general terms; agreed project terms are changed only through the applicable agreement.
