Our process
From the first conversation to a clear handover.
Every project has different requirements. The process gives those requirements a structure, with a defined scope and agreed opportunities to review the work.
Discuss your project01 / The next step
Discuss
Tell us about your business, your users, and the outcome you want. Share the existing site or product, important constraints, and the materials you already have.
What you leave this stage with
A shared understanding of the problem and the information needed to scope it.
02 / The next step
Define
Review a proposal covering the pages or features, deliverables, responsibilities, and estimated schedule. Confirm the inputs, dependencies, and review points before work begins.
What you leave this stage with
An agreed plan with clear project boundaries.
03 / The next step
Design and develop
Review the work at agreed milestones and provide consolidated feedback. When a new requirement emerges, discuss its effect on the scope before adding it to the project.
What you leave this stage with
Designs or working features ready to review against the proposal.
04 / The next step
Review and hand over
Check the agreed deliverables, complete the scoped launch tasks, and receive the project materials and access specified in the proposal. Any ongoing support is agreed separately.
What you leave this stage with
The agreed deliverables, with a practical plan for what happens next.
Before we begin
A little preparation helps.
- A short description of your business and the people you want to reach.
- The main task your website or product should help them complete.
- Your existing site, branding, content or sketches, if available.
- Any required tools, integrations or hosting arrangements.
- Your budget range, target date and who will provide feedback.
